About Amanda Hanson

Amanda is a mom of two that always has a “healthy” stock of gin and bacon in her kitchen. She also has a slight addiction to red lipstick.

As a Style Coach, she has worked with hundreds of women cut through the BS and shut down their negative self-talk. She shows women how to re-define their "beauty standards" so that they can fully embrace the body they are in.

Amanda helps women unapologetically express who they are in their clothes and wants to challenge societal beliefs about body image so that it is a safer and shame-free world for the women of now and future generations.

Roni is mom to one adult daughter and one 20lb Pekachi who is adorable and rules the house. Unlike Amanda, she's never even worn red lipstick - well, maybe once.

For over 10 years Roni has worked with people who have wasted their entire lives dieting. First as an award-winning personal trainer, nutrition and wellness coach, and more recently as founder of Cognitive Eating.

She's on a mission to change the way the world thinks about healthy eating, and weight so people can actually find their way to the health and happiness they keep wasting their lives dieting trying to achieve.

With CE, she helps women uncover & change the driving forces behind self-destructive eating habits + weight and food struggles. She shows them how to heal their relationships with food, themselves and their bodies, rebuild self-connection and trust so they can finally, be fully free from the suffering of weight & food obsessions - once and for all.
